Q: How long will it take for orders to ship?
Orders will ship within 3-5 days of processing (unless otherwise notified).
Q: Will I receive a confirmation email that my order has been received?
A confirmation email will be sent advising you that your order has been received. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped. A USPS tracking number will be provided as well.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship orders internationally.
Q: Are returns accepted?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds (no exchanges, either). All sales are final. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us with a photo showing proof of the damage within one business day, and we will do our best to accommodate you. (This is the only time a replacement is considered.)
Q: What if I get an email stating my package has been delivered, but I never received it?
If you receive an email stating your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number for assistance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. (To ensure timely and proper delivery, please make sure your name, phone number, and address are written correctly in your order.)
Q: Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before items are shipped. However, there is an $8.00 cancellation fee.
Q: Do you feature Roxy models on social media?
We do feature all who'd like advertisement on our Roxy Cosmetics pages. To be featured, simply tag us in your photo(s) on Facebook or Instagram, using #RoxyPooh.
